How to Manufacture a Rack

Production process of warehouse racks determines the quality and service life of the warehouse racks, so we have strict requirements and control from the choice of materials to the production of each process, and the following is production process of our warehouse racks:
1. Blanking refers to remove a certain shape, quality or quantity of materials for the production equipment from the whole or the whole batch of material after determining a product.
2. Punching refers to punch the material such as the steel plate, leather, cloth, wood with a variety of graphics to adapt to different requirements, including: cross hole, diamond hole, hole scales, eight holes, six square hole punching board, long hole, square hole, round hole, perforated plate network, triangular hole and so on.
3. Pickling generally refers to a method of cleaning a metal surface. An aqueous solution of sulfuric acid is generally used to remove films such as oxide on the metal surface. It is the pretreatment or intermediate treatment of electroplating, enamel, rolling, etc.
4. Phosphorization is a process of chemical and electrochemical reactions to form phosphate chemical conversion membranes, which are formed by the phosphatizing membrane. The main purpose of phosphating is to provide protection to the base metal and prevent metal from corrosion to some extent. It is used to paint the bottom before painting and improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the film. It is also used in metal cold machining process to reduce friction.
5. Spraying is an industrial metal surface treatment process, plasticized powder for powder coating, and it is a new type of non-solvent 100% solid powder paint.
It has two main categories: thermoplastic powder coatings and thermosetting powder coatings. The coating is made from special resin, facial filler, curing agent and other auxiliaries, which can be mixed in a certain proportion, and then made by the process of hot extrusion and crushing. They are stored stable under normal temperature, which is sprayed by electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed, reheated and melted and solidified, making the permanent coating of flat and shining and the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion. There are many products using this process, for example: shelves, cabinets, workbenches, logistics equipment, etc.
These processes which determine the quality of the racks are strictly controlled in our factory.
